Further education - Development - Research We attach great importance to the fact that our fields of work - further education, professional coaching, development, research - are interlinked and mutually stimulate each other. Values - Strategy - Implementation Our work covers all three horizons of corporate education: normative orientation, strategy development and operational implementation. It is central to our work that we always keep these horizons in view - with different emphases from case to case. Renewal - Optimisation Educational work is always in the area of tension between renewal on the one hand and optimisation on the other. Both directions are relevant and are the subject of our work - even if not always at the same time. Macro - Meso - Micro The development and design of educational services take place on different levels, all of which are addressed by scil: Macro level: Analysis and design of educational organisations and framework conditions (e.g. learning culture and change impulses). Meso level: Analysis and design of performance processes (needs analysis to evaluation) as well as educational programs (e.g. to promote professional careers). Micro level: Analysis and design of innovative and effective learning environments and learning designs (e.g. for the development of specific digital competences).
