The 13th SCIL Trend & Community Day is dedicated to one of the central issues of our time: the transformation of education and human resources development through artificial intelligence. With the topic “From Individual Skills to Organizational Capabilities”, the event brings together experts from research, development, and the field to reflect on current trends and jointly develop future perspectives.
Artificial intelligence is fundamentally transforming the work of learning professionals - from designing learning programs and supporting learning processes to analyzing feedback and making data-driven decisions. At the same time, organizations face the challenge of developing not only individual competencies but also their structural and procedural capabilities.
The SCIL Day will therefore focus on key questions surrounding the AI transformation: How can individual AI competencies be systematically assessed and developed? What new opportunities do AI workflows and AI agents open up for performance and learning processes? And how can the opportunities and risks associated with these developments be managed responsibly?
Participants can look forward to a diverse program featuring thought-substantive content, practical insights, and interactive discussion formats. At the same time, SCIL Day offers an established platform for networking - particularly for alumni of SCIL’s continuing education programs as well as members of SCIL’s innovation circles and development partnerships.
