From 1 August 2021, Prof. Dr Andrea Back, Professor of Business Informatics at the University of St.Gallen (IWI-HSG), will join the Institute for Educational Management and Technologies as a further Institute Director. On behalf of the HSG, Andrea Back is currently taking on the function of designing and evaluating educational offers for schoolchildren in the Smartfeld ("Education Lab" of the Startfeld innovation network). 

Andrea Back is also the Director of the Institute for Business Information at the University of St.Gallen with a focus on projects around digital strategies, transformations and innovations. The future-oriented development of digital teaching therefore fits very well into IBB's portfolio and in the close cooperation with Andrea Back, great synergies can be used at the HSG in this subject area.
